Fourth Activity

In our last activity, we seperated one passage in four. we give our students to listen four different accent of English by using voki web 2.0 tool. Here is the passage for you to follow while you are listening if you have problem in understanding speakers. Enjoy it and creat your own voki characters :)

'' Galileo Galilee was born in 1564 into a Europe wracked
by cultural ferment and religious strife. The popes of the
Roman Catholic Church, powerful in their roles as both
religious and secular leaders, had proven vulnerable to

Third Activity

Here, Our first aim is to develop students reading ability. Then we want our students, whose ages are between 15-18 and whose grade are between 11 and 12, to develop writing abiliyt. Here our students will read the passages and they will change the goings-on by writing their ideas. Write how you would change the goings-on of the story about divorce. I hope You will enjoy it. :)

Second Activity

Here, we did wordle web 2.0 tool to get summary of a passage in terms of wording for A2 students and we want them to write what the passage may about be. This time, we adress to A2 students, whose ages are between 13 and 15. This activity helps them developing writing ability and word knowledge.

After they write their own passage acoording to wordle, they can see the original form of passage.

First Project

In our first project, we adress 10-aged-children, 4th grade students, whose level is A1. Our aim is to develop students visual reception(reading) ability. Our students will read and follow instructions. Students can ''understand very short, simple texts a single phrase at a time, picking up familiar names, words and basic phrases and rereading as required'' and ''get an idea of the content of simpler informational material and short descriptions, especially if there is visual support'' (CEF,PP 69-70).After watching video, we want our students to make one more question and answer it. Using web 2.0 tools becomes important gradually in 21th century so ,in our blog, we will use different web 2.0 tools, for different aims and for different levels. We hope that both we and you all will enjoy it. Here you can see our four projects.

Our forth project will mainly focus on teaching correct prononcuation of words to B2. Lastly, we will use www.voki.com
